In person appointments are available, our gemologist can meet with you in your home, or you can meet with us in our office.

  1. Provide Photos – in focus, clear photographs, of the front, back, and any markings.
  2. Provide us with as much detail about the piece as you can,
  • Weight in grams or pennyweight
  • Size measurements,
  • Any appraisals, or certification (GIA, AGL),
  • Gemstone weights if known.
  • Metal type (gold, silver, platinum).
  • Any other information you feel is needed for us to make an initial offer.
  1. We will reply within 24 hours either with a pre-estimate or a notification to decline.

* Photos - it is sometimes better to take the photo farther away so it is in focus, I can always zoom in.  A white background takes away the glare. 

 

 

Once we have made a pre-estimate offer the next thing to do is either bring the item to us or mail the item(s) to us.  * Ultimately the final offer price will depend on the in-person evaluation by our specialists.

  1. Ship us the jewelry for examination, inspection, and testing.
  2. Within 24 hours you would receive an actual offer or a decline of purchase.
  3. If you accept our offer, a check is mailed within 24 hours.
  4. If you decline, the jewelry is shipped back to you within 24 hours at no cost.
  5. If offer is accepted A copy of your valid driver's license or passport is required.
