Return Policy

• All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.  All sales are final after 14 days.

• Customer satisfaction is especially important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, you may return the item for a full refund, no questions asked.

• Any request to return an item MUST be made within 3 days of receiving the item and the item must be received by us within 14 days from the date you received your package.
• Item must be returned in same condition as received.
• Shipping fees are NOT refunded.
• Refunds are made within 24 hours of receiving returned item.
• Must insure package for the full value and provide tracking number
