Shipping policy

Shipping

  • All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
  • All shipping is done Monday through Friday, items purchased on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • All shipments are insured for the full value.
  • Adult signature is required on most shipments.
  • All packages are shipped with tracking numbers.
  • Packages will ONLY be shipped to billing or verifiable addresses.

 

Free Domestic Shipping

Items under $1,000 will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class

Items with a value $1,001- $10,000 will be shipped 2 days via UPS or FED EX

Items over $10,000 will be shipped Priority Overnight via UPS or Fed Ex

  • Upgrade your shipment to FedEx or UPS Priority overnight for $30.
  • Upgrade your shipment for a Saturday delivery for $20.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Tracking numbers are provided on all shipments.
  • Signature is required on all packages over $1,000.

 

International Shipping

 

  • Items under $500. will be shipped via USPS first class insured mail at a charge of $15.00.
  • Items $501-$999.00 will be shipped USPS insured at a charge of $25.00.

 

  • All international packages with a value over $1000.00 will be charged a flat rate of $110.00 and will be shipped via FedEx International Priority.

 

  • Shipping charges will apply to all international purchases.

 

  • All shipments are insured for the full value.

 

 

  • Please note that you may incur additional customs fees, VAT, or local taxes charged by your country. Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry is NOT responsible for any additional fees you may incur. Please check your local customs office for rates.
